Vintage 60s-70s insane floral micro mini dress/ tunic. Has the most stellar funky flower print, puffy shoulders, and crochet lace trim details. Side zip closure with some stretch in the lace at the waist. Only works as a dress on *very* petite frames!! Erika could not lift her arms fully in this so it would be best worn with tights if you choose to wear it as a dress. It also makes a super cute top. No tags. Best fits a S-M. Seen on Erika.
