Very good condition - a few minor issues that don't detract from wear at all. The fabric covered buttons on the lower part of the skirt have hints of rust marks from the metal underneath, a few very faint marks on the front hip area and a subtle tonal ring of discoloration under the belt (wear it with the belt and you'll never see it).
