We recommend using any light to mid-weight knit fabrics such as single jersey, rib or other knitted fabrics that include up to 5% elastane/spandex for stretch. Works perfectly from cotton jersey, viscose jersey, bamboo jersey, rayon jersey, Lycra, polyester, or a blend of these. The fabric weight, fibre content and stretch will affect the fit of the garment.
