Carolina Gym Supply Spring Floors

When your athletes are tumbling and performing huge skills on a spring floor, you want to be sure they are getting the punch they need. Carolina Gym Supply Spring Floors are built for optimal performance for your floor routines!

All Carolina Gym Supply Spring Floors are made with 9mm Baltic Birch plywood. Baltic Birch plywood is proven to be the wood of choice for spring floors. Its thinner nature allows for more flexibility of the wood (aiding in tumbling passes), and the 9 layers that comprise a single sheet of the Baltic Birch give it the strength and durability needed to stand up to the constant pounding of your athletes without breaking. Two layers of the Baltic Birch are attached via a strong hook and loop fastener system to keep your floor in place and provide a flexible connection.

Palmer Power Springs have tempered steel coils that will give your athletes the extra air they need for big skills! Wide top and bottom caps prevent the coils from crunching and creating "dead" spots on your floor.

Should I get a kit or the pre-assembled spring floor?

We offer two assembly options for our Carolina Gym Supply Springs Floors:

• Do-It-Yourself Kit: Think of it as a large-scale carpentry project! If you're handy with tools, the skill needed is minimal. This version will take more time to finish than the pre-assembled, but completion is that much more satisfying! Baltic Birch plywood, Palmer Power Springs, a hook/loop fastener kit, diagrams, and instructions are included. We are always a phone call away if you have any questions.
• Pre-Assembled: We do all of the measuring, cutting, drilling, and stapling and all you have to do is put together the puzzle when it arrives! Boards are clearly labeled, leaving you to simply follow the included diagram and piece your floor together.

Make sure to complete your spring floor deck by adding crosslink foam and a Carolina Gym Supply Floor Exercise Carpet (or Carpet Bonded Foam)!
