This wine has become one of the most sought-after offerings from the region. Château Petit-Village is located on the highest part of the magnificent Pomerol plateau, in the very heart of the appellation. Its 10.5-hectare vineyard, on a terroir made up of beautiful gravel and clay soils.

The winery and cellars underwent a complete renovation in 2006, and modern winemaking techniques enable the estate to progress beautifully, showcasing the richness and unparalleled finesse characteristic of exceptional Pomerol wines.

Medium to deep garnet-purple colored, the 2018 Petit Village strolls out of the glass with open-for-business scents of stewed black plums, blackberry pie and blueberry compote, plus hints of spice cake, Sichuan pepper and fallen leaves. Full-bodied, rich and spicy, the palate delivers lovely freshness and a soft texture, finishing satisfyingly savory.
