Deze lichtzoete wijn uit de Loire is gemaakt van 100% Chenin Blanc druiven, uit een wijngaard nabij Château Soucherie in Beaulieu-sur-Layon.  De wijn is aromatisch met rijpe tonen van steenfruit. Het vleugje botrytis geeft de wijn een vol en rijk karakter, waarbij elegante zuren en frisheid mooi met elkaar in evenwicht zijn. De restsuikers zorgen voor spanning in de afdronk.

Heel mooi in combinatie met fruitdesserts en blauwe schimmelkazen.
