It pulls on overhead and features a \"jacket\" like top with a deep V neckline and double row of buttons (decorative) at center hip line, over a midi skirt cut straight down the legs.  There is a cream lace (sheer) inset at the center of the torso that has a small, sailor collar and a scarf panel hanging from center. It is all connected! Note the cream lace cuffs! \u003cbr\u003eThere is also a sash tie in red silk at the sides that is meant to fasten the dress at the rear - giving you flexibility with how tight you want it and making me wonder if this wasn't a maternity piece! At first glance, there seems to be no imperfections and it is MORE than wearable as is. However, if you lay it flat in direct light and seriously hunt for flaws, you will find that the interior of the collar has a little bit of discoloration, and that the very lowest portion of the skirt has faint traces of black discoloration in a few patches here or there. There is also a miniscule tear just to the right of one of the buttons.
