Q:Why there is a fingerprint recognition circle on the front case?
A:For the fingerprint sensor.
Q:Is the fingerprint sensor usable?
A:No problem. Do not wipe or touch the fingerprint area so it will last for a longer time.
Q:The fingerprint recognition sticker is dirty, why can't wipe it?
A:The fingerprint scanner is covered in some sort of adhesive. If you wipe it in any way, it will get dirty, which will make the fingerprint scanner useless.
Q: My fingerprint sensor doesn't work?
A: Please follow our instructions. Press hard to make our screen protector of adhesive stick to the fingerprint area and reset the fingerprint recognition after you installed the case.
Q: My fingerprint recognition sticker got messed up when I clean my screen off. Is there a way to get it replaced?
A: We provide a one-year Limited Product Warranty. If you have any question, please contact our customer service and provide pictures.
Q:How can I return and exchange this item? I ordered the wrong case.
