This is crafted by Flowers Vineyard & Winery, located on the beautiful Sonoma Coast of California, USA. It’s made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, known for their light, fruity, and complex character. The wine carries the Sonoma Coast AVA label, a cool-climate region celebrated for producing some of the finest Pinot Noir in California. The cool ocean breeze and coastal fog help the grapes ripen slowly, keeping their natural freshness and acidity.
Made using natural fermentation with native yeasts in open-top tanks, this wine is then aged in French oak barrels, including a portion of new oak, to enhance depth and structure. It usually has an alcohol content of 13.5% to 14.5%, depending on the vintage, and comes in a standard 750mL bottle.
The flavor is often described as savory and classic, showing pure red fruit notes of cherry, raspberry, and cranberry, with subtle earthy hints of mushroom, forest floor, and spice. It pairs beautifully with duck, game birds, grilled salmon, or mushroom dishes.
Sourced from organically farmed estate and coastal vineyards, Flowers is known for its sustainable practices and its reputation as a leading producer of cool-climate Pinot Noir, offering exceptional quality in the premium range.
