(NSDAP Armbinde). Constructed of red wool, trimmed along both the top and bottom edges with white rayon piping, bordered by red rayon tresses overlaid with machine-embroidered gold bullion wire oak leaves, in turn set within lengths of gold bullion wire piping, bearing a central white rayon disc surrounded by a gold bullion wire border, overlaid by a multi-piece black rayon swastika, similarly trimmed with gold bullion wire piping, the interior stamped with a white ink inscription of “NSDAP ARMBINDEN TUCH” (“NSDAP ARMBAND WOOL”), flanked by a Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) logo, measuring 23.5 cm (w) x 13 cm (h) when folded on a flat surface, demonstrating only minor material fatigue to the wire elements, a high-quality example in extremely fine condition.
