Description
xGoldwater or "golden water" that is the so-called Danzig Vodka.
The recipe was created in the 16th century by Ambrozy Vermoolen - a religious refugee from Holland who settled in Gdansk.
Goldwasser is a vodka mixed with herbs and containing 22-carat gold leaf, hence the name.
Tasting notes:
- Colour: Clear with gold dust.
- Nose: Herbs like aniseed, cinnamon, cloves, rosemary, lavender.
- Taste: Slightly sweet, herbs.
- Finish: Long lasting.
