This simple pot-making kit allows you to make your own seedling pots from paper! Ideal for use with old newspapers, or get creative and make your own designs.
Simply roll strips of paper loosely around the cylinder leaving enough paper overhanging at the bottom of the cylinder to make the base of the pot. Next, fold the overhanging paper underneath the cylinder and press the two halves of the paper pot maker together. Twist gently, then remove your new seedling pot.
Full illustrated instructions are included inside the box. This set makes 7cm diameter pots, ideal for giving most seedlings a flying start – and all plastic-free.
The pot-making kit is made in FSC®-certified bamboo, and is part of the RHS Growing Gardeners collection of children’s gardening tools and accessories, designed to make gardening with children easy and fun. Like all the items in the collection, this pot maker carries CE and UKCA certification, demonstrating that it meets EU and UK standards for health, safety, and environmental protection.
You may be interested in the wider collection, which offers a selection of tools and accessories for enjoying gardening together, both indoors and in the garden.
