Marble Queen Pothos is a gorgeous trailing indoor plant that grows vigorously and can easily fill a space. This easy-to-grow plant looks gorgeous in a hanging basket or plant stand where the foliage can vine freely. The long tendrils of a Pothos are great for covering space other plants can't.
As a sister to the Golden Pothos plant that sports gold and green variegated foliage, the Marble Queen has a very similar appearance. The plant shares the same heart-shaped emerald green leaves as the golden. But they differ in that the Marble Queen boasts green and creamy white variegated leaves instead of gold.
Botanically referred to as Epipremnum Aureum 'Marble Queen,' these vining plants enjoy medium to bright indirect lighting conditions. Pothos plants are very vocal and let you know when they are thirsty! Water the plant when foliage begins to droop significantly.
Marble Queen Pothos grow best when planted in well-draining potting soil in a pot with a drainage hole. Fertilize your plant in the growing months of spring and summer for optimal growth.
Another name for Pothos is Devil's Ivy because it is so difficult to kill and will tolerate just about anything. Thus your Marble Queen Pothos care regimen might not be exactly as we suggest, and your plant will adapt accordingly. This is true for all Pothos varieties and makes it the ideal houseplant for beginners.
The Pothos' strength and adaptability are precisely what makes it an excellent houseplant for beginners! These hardy queens are extremely tolerant to missed waterings and various lighting regimens. Just be wary of giving these queens too much water, as such may result in yellowing leaves, and eventually root rot.
It is important to note that the Marble Queen Pothos are toxic to people and pets. Be sure to place your plant on a high shelf out of reach of kids and furry friends!
Also nicknamed the Snow Queen Pothos, these trailing beauties add feelings of pure elegance and royalty to a space. You can feel good about growing a Pothos in your home for its air purifying qualities alone make it beneficial to your well-being! As an added bonus, Marble Queen Pothos plants' stem cuttings can be easily propagated to produce more of this gorgeous plant!
