Dense construction and honeycomb design make PomPoms highly effective for spill-response areas with hard-to-reach crevices and grooves such as beaches, ponds, piers, bulkheads, marshes, and rocky shorelines. Pull- and tug-resistant polypropylene helps PomPoms soak up thick fluids and oil. Durable steel wire tie holds strands together. Useful for collecting large and small spills of high-viscosity oils such as Numbers 4, 5 and 6; also effective on Crude and Bunker C oils. Sturdy polypropylene connector rope joins 30 PomPoms together, which adds stability and control to movement during cleanup.
