Pesado Naked Portafilter (Nuova Simonelli)

The PESADO coffee machine portafilter has been designed to optimise efficiency and durability. The body is made entirely of stainless steel to increase strength and performance with heavy usage.
The "naked" head exposes the bottom of your basket, allowing you to diagnose any channelling or issues with your shot. When you get the perfect extraction, you will see the true beauty of a perfect coffee forming before your eyes.
All wooden handles are ergonomically shaped on a hand lathe and finished in natural oils.
We have developed a handle made from 100% sustainable birch wood, which has been tested and proven to last in all commercial environments. More resistant to water and heavy use, the new Raya handle will last long while keeping that fresh new look.

  • Portafilter Head - 316 grade stainless steel
  • Raya handle - Birch wood vacuum dyed, coated in a heat and water resistant wax.
  • POM Handle - Polyoxymethylene. An engineering thermoplastic used in precision parts requiring high stiffness, low friction, and excellent dimensional stability.
  • Modular Metallic End - Electro polish stainless steel (Available in 4 metallic colours).
  • Modular Timber End - Birch wood vacuumed dyed, coated in a heat and water-resistant wax. (Available in our signature timber modular ends, Riga and Iris).
  • Dusk & Haze Modular Ends - 7-tone resin blend set in a honeycomb aluminium mesh. Available in our 2 signature colours Dusk and Haze
    

Compatibility Guide

*Please note that there are two sizes for Breville portafilters 54mm and 58mm, please choose the specific one to your machine.

** LM/E61 portafilters come in 6mm (fits machines older than 2023 and worn group heads) and 5mm (fits machines built after 2023 with 8.5mm seals, especially when using HE Pesado basket)
