About the Peter Pepper

The Peter is a Capsicum annuum variety best known for its unusual pod shape and thick, fleshy walls. Plants typically grow up to 4 feet tall and produce 4–6 inch long peppers with a smooth red finish.

Beyond its novelty, the Peter offers a mild to medium heat with a flavor often compared to a slightly sweeter jalapeño, making it versatile for fresh use, cooking, and stuffing.
