The fluttered cap sleeves balance the deep plunging neckline and sweeping circle hemline. Made from high-end stretch velvet with imported eyelash lace, the entire body is fully lined in Ponte. This dress also features a matching 1.5-inch faux leather velvet-covered belt, back zippered closure, and pockets!
