Fun and funky vintage 90s green polka dot dress with sailor bow collar and chunky iridescent shell buttons. Semi fitted and semi sheer with lots of flow and movement at the skirt. Short sleeves and wide matching belt to cinch at the waist (optional). Plus - pockets too! Can double as duster when worn unbuttoned.
