Vex is bringing Uproar to Earth, and his first stop is Youtooz! Leaning back at 4 inches tall with a hand resting casually on his raised left knee, bright blue stitching covers his yellow mouth and the seams of his jester cap-shaped head, which has a pair of grey bells on the tips. With a jagged yellow streak across his forehead above thick brows and bright eyes, his dark blue cape has a folded high collar and long jagged tails that curl under his body as he wears a matching vest, gloves and boots along with padded red pants. The exterior of his packaging sees him bursting through the walls of a circus tent, while the interior is covered in a brown stitched pattern. This then continues onto the purple protective sleeve that has stars hanging from the top, as his figure can be seen through the large, clear window at the front. This collectible ships in a matte, embossed, protective outer sleeve and a custom-sized plastic protector for maximum protection during shipping.
