Vintage 1970s Disco Party Dress Silver Metallic Lamé One Shoulder Size Small

This is a prototypical 70s era disco dress!  It is styled with one shoulder, very fitted, gathered in tucks at the left side and made with a diagonally cut flounce at the bottom.  It is made of silver metallic woven acrylic, so would really glitter under the disco ball!  The body is lined with a sheer white nylon fabric while the flounce is lined in white lace - the lace hangs down a few inches lower than the lamé flounce.  It does up with a nylon zipper at the side.  It is authentic and original to the period - it doesn’t get more disco than this!

Bust: 32”-33” around, taken under the arms

Waist:  28” around

Hips:  36” around

Overall length: 46”, measured flat from the top of the shoulder strap to the hemline

Condition:  It is in very good condition except for some wear to the metallic weave in some places - please view the last close-up photo.  Although this is the case, it really isn’t apparent because the overall shininess of the metallic grabs one’s attention.

This is a fabulous dress for a vintage disco party; if you are going to a party like that, why not wear the real thing rather than a repro - it is as 1977 as it gets!
