We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

- We are a Full-Service Florist π, which means we can create a complete floral set for your event β from bridal bouquets and boutonnieres to arches, aisle dΓ©cor, centerpieces, and more.
- We work based on your inspiration photos, color palette, and vision, and guide you through the process until your order is finalized π
β What materials are used?
- All items are made using artificial (silk) flowers only, with some dried natural elements incorporated when appropriate.
- Artificial florals allow your arrangements to remain beautiful throughout the entire event and for many years after π
Please note: these are decorative items and are not designed for extreme outdoor conditions, such as strong winds, storms, heavy rain, or rough handling.

β What if an item doesnβt have its own photo in the listing?
- If a specific item does not have a separate photo, it will be matched to the Bridal Bouquet shown in the listing photos, unless you request otherwise π₯°
- Feel free to message us β weβll do our best to provide additional reference photos when available.
β Will I receive photos before shipping?
- Yes! We always aim to make sure our customers are happy with their order before shipping π₯°
- Photos of completed items are sent when applicable, prior to shipment.
- Please review the photos and confirm that everything looks good as soon as possible π
- If no adjustments are requested within the 24-hour confirmation window, the order is considered approved and will be shipped automatically π
- This helps keep production and shipping on schedule while still giving you time to review everything π
Standard (non-custom) orders may ship without photo confirmation.
Additional review time may be provided for certain complex custom orders at our discretion.
β What if I donβt specify a ribbon choice?
- If no ribbon preference is provided, we will use the default option shown in the listing or our best professional judgment π

- Photos are styled to highlight design and details. Props, angles, and styling may affect perceived size.

β Will the colors look exactly the same in real life?
- We photograph our items under natural daylight with no heavy editing or color correction.
Please note that colors may vary slightly due to:

β Do you offer samples?
- Due to high order volume, weβre unable to provide samples before an order is placed.
- We recommend ordering a full-size Bridal Bouquet as a sample, as it offers the best understanding of color, scale, and overall style. With our 7-day, no-questions-asked return policy, you can order with confidence π

β Do you sell flowers, greenery, or petal mixes separately?

β How long do the flowers last and how should they be stored?
- No preservation is needed πΈ
To maintain color and shape please avoid:
- humidity, moisture, extreme conditions and rough handling.
- direct sunlight or UV light exposure, including UV or sanitizing lamps
With proper care, your florals will remain beautiful for many years.

- International shipping may take 2β4 weeks with the standard shipping option. Please message us with your location and order size if youβd like to upgrade shipping.
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes, if applicable.

β How do returns work for custom orders?
- Any customization beyond ribbon color makes the order non-refundable.

- When choosing an Arrangement option, please specify the arrangement type in the Personalization section π

β Are arrangements decorated on all sides?
- No. Arrangements are decorated on one side (front) only.
- The back side is not decorated.

πΏ Shipping, Assembly & Installation
β Will my arrangement arrive in one piece?
- Arrangements may be shipped in multiple sections for safety, especially when exceeding 30 inches in length π
- Sections can be effortlessly reassembled once received π
β How do I attach arrangements to arches or structures?
- We recommend using jute twine for maximum flexibility.
- By default jute twine is not included with the arrangements but we are more than happy to add them for you upon request π₯°
